Do you require "Pack-up Crew"

All furniture needs to go back into place. If you do not wish to do the pack-up and move furniture at the end of the night you can book the Pack-Up Crew $500 + GST. (moving furniture, not cleaning, the cleaning fee still applies). Note: if you are moving furniture be aware that any damage to the walls, floor, furniture etc will impact your bond. If damages are over and above your bond an invoice will be issued and payable immediately.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance

You are welcome to bring in your own stylist and arrange your own flowers, music, cake, photo booth, balloons etc. All gifts and valuables need to be taken with you and MVSLSC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items belonging to you. If your caterer is cooking paella or similar on the balcony outside, the floor must be covered and protected by the caterer (jute rugs are a good option). The floor is porous and any stains will result in an excess cleaning charge. Any spills or stains that require excess cleaning, pressure cleaning or removal of food from the floor will result in an additional cleaning charge. Your caterer must leave the kitchen in the condition it was when they first arrived to use it. Hirers are not permitted to operate the electronic doors between the Ocean Pool Room and Cook Terrace - a staff member from MVSLSC must do this. Items are not to be stored in the store room unless prior approval has been obtained from Cloud 9 Events. Anything hired and brought in must be taken out on the night of your event as the cleaners come in early the next morning. Nothing can be attached to the walls or any surface. Anything brought in needs prior approval. Confetti, rice, eco confetti are not permitted and the use of any such related element will impact your bond. Larger events - if your caterer requires use of the nippers kitchen for catering purposes (more bench space and easy access) there is a $250 charge for this.
