It's a very special thing to celebrate life's occasions and even more-so when it can be shared with those who matter most. Treating them to an event that will be fondly remembered and talked about for years to come is exactly what Chelsea decided to do.!

STYLING AND THE DETAILS...
The brief was pretty, pink and bling and it was an absolutely fabulous party to style.
Styling was inspired by the chosen colour palate and the theme itself, Parisian glamour meets Miami. Stemming from Paris being one of the places Chelsea would most love to visit and Miami because of the fun, beach vibe and imagery of sipping cocktails poolside.! With this, the scene was set and the party exemplified Parisian glamour with a hint of Southern charm.
Guests arrived to walk the pink carpet and the furniture selected was white luxe cocktail tables, ottomans and lounges with soft furnishings of gold sequin, white and pale pink and gold dot cushions. There was a custom made photo backdrop that consisted of a flower wall with blooms chosen to tie in with the colours scheme. Guests had a Polaroid camera to use with props and custom cut-out frames for Instagram and Facebook. (a fabulous keepsake)

Outside was a glow bar where bartenders had the drinks flowing. Chelsea had arranged an inflatable flamingo, swan and donuts for the pool which looked great and tied in with the colours as well as adding to the 'fun' vibe. Giant Jenga was set-up, the yard game always providing great entertainment.
KEY COLOURS
Colours chosen were pink, white and gold. Pink because it was Chelsea's signature colour. #prettyinpink with gold and white selected as they complimented the sophisticated Parisian luxe look.
DECORATIONS USED
To style the party balloons in pearl pink and white with gold ribbon formed a beautiful backdrop to the sweets table. A handmade tissue paper garland in pink, white and gold hung from the front. Festoon lights and pink honeycomb lanterns added a great atmosphere outside. Gold votives with candles along with pink and white vases were used for the flowers. Menu labels were placed into little white and gold decorated frames telling guests of the delights that were on offer.
MENU and BEVERAGES
The menu was carefully designed to fit the style, timing and guests attending this wonderful celebration. Starting with the styled table of sweets in apothecary jars and afternoon tea consisting of ribbon sandwiches, chocolate coated strawberries, mini scones, cupcakes and petit fours such as lemon tarts and Chelsea's favourite... strawberry tarts to canapés. The canapés were served later in the day and included some delicious items like coconut prawns and roast pumpkin tarts moving on later to the substantial dishes such as sliders and beer battered fish and chips with tartare sauce. #yum

BLOOMS : FLOWERS
A soiree is not complete without beautiful flowers and the blooms chosen tied in with the colours and helped to create the very pretty atmosphere. They looked gorgeous against the high gloss white tables and of course on the sweets and cake table they complimented the delicious food and encapsulated beauty, luxe and style in abundance.
Flowers used included: Peonies, Hydrangea, Garden roses, Spray roses, Geraldton wax, Snapdragons, Queen Anne's lace, Seasonal green foliage, hint of trailing ivy

MUSIC
A soloist guitarist was enlisted to provide entertainment in the later part of the day and his sound provided the perfect atmosphere for guests to dance and continue celebrations into the night.
PARTY FAVOURS
Guests were given gorgeous swan shaped cookies hand-painted with a gold wing and beak to take home. #partyfovourwinner
