You are having a themed celebration... why not theme the menu to match.  We have come up with some fantastic menu options to deliver and authentic experiences for you and your guests.  Below is a sample of the themed menus that we can arrange for your next event - we work with specialists in each cuisine to ensure authenticity in the creation of your menu.

American Theme

Whether it be the SuperBowl, Thanksgiving or Independence Day - celebrate in theme

Buffalo Wings : upstate New York flavour served w/ blue cheese

Smoky Southern style BBQ ribs

Stuffed turkey 

Sliders : mini burgers w melted cheese & caramelised onion 

Potato skins stuffed w/ cheese & bacon

All-American Apple Pie : sweet fresh apples & secret spices baked into a flaky crust

New York Cheesecake : dense & rich, drizzled w/ a sweet blueberry sauce

Pumpkin Pie : an American classic

Should the full American experience be too much - we can customise the menu to include other cold/ hot meat options as well as salads and hot vegetables for a more American/ Modern Australian menu.  Talk to our event managers about what you are wanting to achieve for your next event and we will work with you to deliver it.

Mini gourmet frankfurter 'hot dogs' w/ caramelised onion & melted cheese

Currywurst - German sausage w/ curry sauce & fries

Pretzels - bread baked goodness w/ salt

Creamy potato salad w/ gherkins, parsley & bacon

Mixed paella w/ Spanish rice & spices : seafood, mixed or chicken & chorizo
